Job Description

As a Assistant Marketing Manager at Recroot, you will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibility

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

• Help in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.

• Do arket research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.

• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and landing pages.

• Provide campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

• Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and promotional activities.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales or a related field.

• Emphase understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

• Creative thinking and a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
